How to Gain Weight If You Are Underweight!

Although being lean can often be healthy, being underweight can be a concern if it is a result
of poor nutrition or if you are pregnant.    

Underweight can be caused by malnutrition and it can be hereditory.
Some people can be naturally underweight.                    


Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you are underweight.                

 *Eat more frequently. When you are underweight, you may feel full faster.
 Eat five to six smaller meals a day.

 *Eat cereals,pastas,raisins,fruits, vegetable, low fat diary products, lean protein, nuts
and seeds.                              

*Don't drink diet soda, coffee and other drinks with  few calories and little nutritional
value.  

 *Drink smoothies and milk shakes like banana milk shake and
mango milk shake.                      
*Drink a glass of hot milk with a teaspoon of honey daily.

Eat banana thrice daily with a cup of milk.
