Natural Remedies For Stomach Ulcer. A Must Read!

Stomach Ulcers refers to painful sores in the lining of the stomach or first part of the small intestine, the Duodenum.
 Causes  of Stomach Ulcer:
Infection with a type of bacteria called Helicobacter Pyoni(H.Pyoni)
Use of painkillers called non-steroidal anti inflammatorydrugs(aspirin;
haproxen,ibuprofen etc)
 Excess acid production from gastrinomas, tumors of the acid producing cells of the stomach that increases acid output(seen in the Zollinger- Ellison Syndrome)
Symptoms of stomach ulcer:
Nausea or vomitting
A pain in the middle stomach, between meals or at night.
Natural cures for stomach ulcer:

Banana- The sitoindosides in dried,unripe bananas increase mucus in the digestive tract, which provides strong protective coating to help prevent and heal ulcers: unripe banans also promote cell growth in the intestinal tract. The best results are obtained with banana powder, peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Dry them in the sun, oven or food dehydrator. When dry, grind into fine powder with 1tablespoon of honey;take this mixture thrice a day.

 HONEY: Honey is antibacteria. Natural unprocessed honey is an effective cure for ulcer. Two tablespoons a day should be about night for most types of honey. When the ulcer eases, 1 tablespoon daily will be enough.

  Garlic: Garlic can keep levels of the Helicobacter plyori( H Pylori) bacterium in check. It is a great preventive and cure for ulcer.

 CABBAGE:  Cabbage is also an antibacteria that help prevent and cure peptic or stomach ulcers.

 MORINGA Powder or the paste of moringa leaf mixed with yoghurt is also very effective cure for stomach ulcers.
