OVARIAN CYST: Symptoms, Prevention and Cure


An ovarian cyst is a fluid filled sac that develops on a woman's ovary. They are very commom and do not usually cause any symptoms. An ovarian cysts will usually only cause symptoms if it ruptures, is very large, or if it blocks the blood supply to the ovaries.

 If this is the case, you may have the following symptoms:
 Pelvic pain
 Difficulty emptying your bowel
 A frequent need to urinate
 A change to your periods
 Bloating
 Tiredness.


What causes ovarian cyst?
Ovarian cysts are caused by hormonal imbalance, hypothyroidism, cigarette smoking, early menstruation( below 11 years), increased upper body fat,  infertility treatment guradotropris( this may cause multiple large cyst), use of tamoxiphene for breast cancer.

 For functional cysts, there are natural options are very effective. Clearing and preventing. Therapy usually has results in 3months, but should only be done prior to trying to concieve.

 Avoid exposure to estrogens and xenotrogens. Stop eating soy foods. Eat organic meats and dairy. Do not microwave foods in plastic. Stop drinking water from plastic bottlles. Avoid mineral oil and perabens in skin care products. Use natural detergents.

 Use natural progesterone to balance your estrogen and progesterone level. This will help reduce the cyst.
 Maca root is a great fertility herb that helps the body produce progesterone and balance hormones without containing any hormone itself.

 Black cohosh root: this promotes regulation of the entire menstrual cycle. Black cohosh is excellent for relieving ovarian pain.

 Dong Quqi root aids in hormonal balance and supports healthy circulation to the reproductive organs.
